registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 794 605 063.
Represented by Mr Nicolas BRAUN, Chief Operating Officer.
Constance Associés is a portfolio management company authorised by the Autorité des marchés financiers under number GP-13000029 dated 21 August 2013.
Constance Associés is also an insurance brokerage firm, registered with ORIAS under number 13008121.
2. Purpose of the site: information only
The website constance.fr is strictly informational. Its purpose is to present Constance Associés and a set of services whose marketing is authorised in France and available to French residents: (i) UCITS management, (ii) discretionary portfolio management, (iii) investment advice, and (iv) insurance brokerage.
The information is provided for information only, in good faith, and may despite checks contain errors. It is inevitably partial and subject to change, and therefore has no contractual value.
