Constance Associés is the controller of the personal-data processing carried out in the course of its relationships and exchanges with people who contact the firm.

Data and purpose

The site has no prospecting form, newsletter or advertising device. When you contact Constance Associés by telephone or e-mail, the information you provide is used to answer your request and to follow up the relationship.

The country and profile choice used to adapt access to fund information is stored by the browser and in a signed session. It constitutes neither investment advice or a recommendation, nor a MiFID classification.

Internal audience measurement

The site uses an internal audience-measurement tool to understand which pages and features are consulted. No persistent identifier, advertising cookie or personal identifying data is used. The session identifier disappears when the tab is closed. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured. The data are used only in statistical form to improve the site.

Your rights

Depending on the nature and legal basis of the processing, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where it applies, portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
